The Eltham Wildcats are delighted to announce that The Optimal Health Lab has signed on as a partner with the Club in 2019.
The Optimal Health Lab was founded in 2017 by local siblings Lauren and Andrew Campbell with a vision of bringing the best sports and rehabilitative medicine to their local community.
OHL focus on scientific sports and rehabilitative medicine, their team of experts work with injured athletes and clients as individual clinicians, as well as a collaborative team of different allied health clinicians when required to achieve best outcomes. Their team of experts include Physiotherapy, Psychology, Dietetics, Podiatry, Sports Massage, Myotherapy and Clinical Pilates/Strength and Conditioning.
You will not only see OHL signage and branding but more specifically educational videos and articles shared across our social media and web platforms to help educate players, coaches and parents in injury treatment & prevention, recovery, nutrition and much more. There will be workshops and numerous opportunities for you to meet Lauren, Andrew and their team throughout the year.
