Handling a concern about a child’s safety is an important step.
This procedure establishes a clear, accessible and child-focused process for receiving, responding to and managing complaints relating to child safety, wellbeing and inappropriate behaviour.
The Club will regularly review its child safety practices, seek feedback from children and families, monitor compliance and update policies to reflect legislative changes, Basketball Victoria requirements and the Victorian Child Safe Standards.
