Training venue codes are used for different stadiums or schools.

Game times are published on PlayHQ. Check weekly, as times and venues may change.

Please note: during grading, fixtures will be released weekly (first 6 rounds) and during the regular season games are normally released in batches of 2-3 but can still be released weekly.

The uniform shop location is Eltham High School Basketball Stadium – 30-60 Withers Way, Eltham VIC 3095

Required uniform items available from the Eltham Wildcats Uniform Shop: Eltham domestic singlet (reversable red and black) & black Eltham domestic shorts.

If  two players on a team have the same number (highlighted in yellow on the team lists), our policy is that the player who has played for Eltham Wildcats Basketball Club the longer retains their number.

The player changing numbers can bring their singlet to the Admin Office at Montmorency Secondary College (Basketball Stadium – Upstairs, Level 1). They will be issued a swap singlet in the same size with a different number. At the end of the season, the ‘swap top’ can be returned and the player’s original singlet will be returned. Alternatively, players may choose to purchase a new singlet directly through the Uniform Shop.

Update your child’s singlet number

In games against other clubs where there is a colour clash, the team listed first on the fixture should change their singlet. If they are unable to do so, we will.

In games involving two Eltham teams, the team listed first on the fixture must change singlets.

If your child’s number is missing on PlayHQ, it can be added on the iPad on game day and will be saved to the player’s account.

Yes, We offer payment plans for this Competition, Contact us via info@elthamwildcats.net.au and we can support you to set up a payment plan.

Yes, if your team has five or fewer players available and requires a fill in for a game, please fill the out the fill in player form by Thursday of that week.

We will look for eligible fill in players and look to confirm Friday evening prior to the game.

Yes, please refer to the EDJBA matrix below to ensure that the player you are seeking to fill in is eligible to play. If the player is found to be ineligible the game could face a forfeit.

Yes, however during finals there is a different system.

Teams must have five or fewer players, and any fill-in players must be approved by the EDJBA. Requests must be made by Tuesday of that week through the Eltham Wildcats office only.

Teams cannot source their own fill-in players for finals.
