Spring 2026 Fees
Summary of fees per season
New teams registration fee: $380 (Including bond)
Returning teams registration fee: $200
In addition all players must register on PlayHQ and pay the Basketball Victoria licence fee which lasts 365 days and covers all Basketball Victoria affiliated competitions.
There is also a Basketball Australia fee payable at registration.
Team sheet fees (Per game)
Tuesday and Thursday A grade: $99 per team (4 x 10 minute quarters).
All other grades: $94 per team
Where a game has only one referee officiating, teams may request a $5 refund by using the link sent to them.

Shot Clock
Tuesday and Thursday night A grades use a 24-second shot clock (no 14-second reset).
Monday night A grade (Women’s) are now trialling the 24-second shot clock.
Team Behaviour
Aggressive or other anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated in this competition.
Eltham Wildcats reserves the right to penalise or remove players or teams that consistently breach these requirements and may refuse future entry.
Walkovers
A Walkover occurs when a team is unable to play a scheduled game with or without prior notice.
Walkovers MUST be notified and paid by TeamPay. Fees are listed below.
- Walkover notified at least 6 hours in advance on TeamPay – $145
- Walkover notified under 6 hours in advance on TeamPay – $160
- Walkover not notified on TeamPay / No show – $188
First Aid
Teams are responsible for their own first aid equipment (we recommend that all teams carry their own first aid kit with them). Each venue has a limited first aid kit.
Each team’s registration fee has a Basketball Victoria’s insurance component which provides limited cover.
We encourage players to carry their own health insurance.
Insurance claim information is available on V-Insurance Website.

We take expressions of interest from individual players. Please register your interest via this form. If we are able to identify an appropriate team for you to join, we will put you in contact with that team.
Games are played at Montmorency Secondary College, Eltham High School and Eltham Leisure Centre.
Yes, teams do need to source uniforms themselves. We would recommend iAthletic who have a range of custom jersey options.
We may have loan singlets sets available for $10 per game in extenuating circumstances such as colour clashes.
