Become a Team Manager

As Team Manager, you are the key communication link for your team. The club will provide you with important updates and information, which you will then share with the coach, players, and families.

In this role, you will also help coordinate the team’s administrative responsibilities, allowing the coach to focus fully on coaching and player development.

Your contribution is essential in ensuring a smooth, positive, and well-organised experience for coaches, players, and families throughout the season.

Requirements & Getting Involved.

If your child plays for the club and you are interested in becoming a Team Manager, you can opt in at the beginning of the season and register through PlayHQ, or contact info@elthamwildcats.net.au to express your interest. Our team will then provide you with the next steps to get involved. All team managers will need to have a work with children’s check.
