About the Role

Eltham Wildcats Support Staff are valued members of our community who assist with the smooth running of the club. Duties include answering calls, venue supervision, and administrative tasks.

Support staff are trained at Montmorency Secondary College and Eltham High School. After training support staff may operate across any of the Eltham Wildcats venues.

This is a great way to build skills in phone etiquette, conflict resolution, taking responsibility in a professional environment, while having fun, strengthening their resume, and becoming more involved in the basketball community.

For those in the Support team who apply themselves, greater opportunities are available, including being involved in the Eltham Dandenong Junior Basketball Tournament, NBL1 and BigV game days and other club events and projects.

Requirements and Getting Involved

To join the Eltham Wildcats Support Team, no prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn, contribute, and grow. There are opportunities to develop new skills and progress into roles with greater responsibility. The minimum age is 15.
