This coming school holidays we have our second annual 3x Cup qualifiers event!
The 3x Cup Qualifiers is a single day 3×3 event open to all domestic (EDJBA) and representative (VJBL) players to compete in.
It is a great opportunity to get a group of mates together and have a fun, basketball-filled day!
The winners of the A grade divisions will receive automatic qualification for the next stage which is the Basketball Victoria State Qualifiers in the June/July holidays. There is also potentially some wildcard spots available at Basketball Victoria’s discretion.
*Please note final grading will be based on review of all team entries.
You register as a team of 4 and compete in minimum 4 short 3×3 games across the day.
Age groups for 3x Cup events operate in opposite years to VJBL to allow for bottom age VJBL players to be top age in 3x cup. See below for age groups:
U11 – Born 2014, 2015 & 2016
U13 – Born 2012 & 2013
U15 – Born 2010 & 2011
U17 – Born 2008 & 2009
U19 – Born 2006 & 2007
Date: Thursday April 4th
Time: All day, likely from 9am (dependent on team numbers)
Cost: Team registration is $100 (No separate player fee)
Venue: Montmorency Secondary College
