Dear Wildcats Members,
Our Annual General Meeting this year will be held on Monday 17th November at 7:30pm, by Microsoft Teams meeting.
We are inviting you to register your interest at agm@elthamwildcats.net.au, so that the agenda and meeting link can be sent to you.
We have two General Committee positions up for election this year, and five nominations.
They are (in random order):
We will need to conduct a ballot to elect two of the five members. In accordance with our current rules, this must be done in writing and placed in the ballot box, which will be located outside the Club office (in the main Montmorency stadium, on level 1 above court 1).
Voting papers will be available from the office or, if not attended, from the main entrance to Courts 1-3 of Montmorency Stadium when we have staff in attendance on game days.
The ballot box will be available during normal stadium hours, commencing 12 noon on Thursday 23rd October and concluding at 12 noon on Saturday 8th November, 2025.
