Domestic Registration for 2019/20 Summer Season
The Eastern Districts Junior Basketball Association (EDJBA) has announced that it will remove the individual game day fees from Round 1 Summer 2019/20. There are many reasons for them taking this step, but brings the EDJBA into line with almost all other competitions. However, it does mean that the game fees will be built into the initial registration fee, meaning there is a larger upfront cost. We do not want any child to miss out on playing due to this. I cannot stress enough, our willingness to help with a payment plan to help through this process. No child should miss out on playing basketball because of this change. There are no real financial savings for the club in the EDJBA going to this method. We will still have our paid staff at the venues, but instead of collecting money, they will be more readily available to help with game day issues.
