Proof of payment for each player registration/s will be required and receipt of payment will be submitted to Acustruct from Eltham Wildcats Basketball club accounts department.
This offer is only available to The Eltham Wildcats BasketBall club. This offer is available to all playing groups at the Eltham Wildcats basket ball club.
This offer is only available to The Eltham Wildcats Basketball club families registered for the 2020 Basketball season.
Players registrations will be paid back and remitted upon signing of preparatory Agreement for design build category and deposit paid to Acustruct as per signed preparatory agreement.
Players registrations will be paid upon Master Builders construction contract being signed and 5% deposit paid ready to be constructed.
All design build preparatory agreements and construction contracts are to be signed on and or before July 31, 2020.
2 All proposed new home build/s and or project development/s construction to commence before November 2020.
3 All design build agreements to commence no later then August 30 2020.
All design build contracts to be completed within the necessary timeframe required for the design detail in place.
2 Acustruct™ endeavour to commence all proposed new home builds and or project developments on and or before November 2020 providing all necessary documentation provided to Acustruct™ is clear, regulations are as per Australian building industry standard/s and necessary building criteria is approved as per Australian code of ethics and building construction regulations.
Acustruct™ will review and ensure all necessary documentation for proposed new builds is as per Australian building code. Any projects and or proposed detail to be amended and or changed, will be actioned accordingly upon the approval of the client in readiness for construction to commence by November 2020.
Any or all amendments to architectural documentation that does not meet Australian building regulations will be required to be amended ready for approval and building permit. Any or all amendments required to be made will be paid by the homeowner and or client.
3 All design build preparatory agreements will be as per Acustruct Builders general inclusions and or offering. All inclusions to be provided and to remain consistent as per Acustruct everyday offering within the design build category.
Building permit fees not included within design build agreement/s as all building permits are levy based in which is set by the local council.
