The Eltham Wildcats NBL1 women play their first home game of the NBL1 South 2022 season this Saturday night in a very special Pink Round/Wildcard Series. The Wildcats qualified for the ‘Wildcard Series’ game after being in a top 4 position at the conclusion of last years NBL1 South season and will play the Basketball Australia CoE for a chance to secure a spot in the NBL1 National Finals later in the year.
The game is also a part of the ‘Pink Round’ which is a collaboration between NBL1 and Breast Cancer Network Australia in support of Australians affected by breast cancer. Tickets are on sale now, grab yours before they sell out.

Girls only FREE basketball clinic
In celebration of the game our NBL1 Women’s team will run a FREE basketball clinic for Saturday junior domestic girls players between the ages of 6-13 this Friday the 6th of May. The clinic will be a great opportunity for players to develop their skills in a fun and friendly environment while playing plenty of fun games and activities. The clinic will be coached by our NBL1 women’s players who are excited to meet our junior Wildcat players.
There are two sessions available:
Session 1: 4:30pm – 5:15pm (6-9 years of age)
Session 2: 5:15pm – 6:00pm (10-13 years of age)
